About Getting to Herceg Novi
From Podgorica, drive via Budva and Tivat and cross the narrows by the Lepetane–Kamenari car ferry, or take the slower, beautiful road all the way round the bay through Kotor, Perast and Risan. Buses run from Podgorica bus station, and the Croatian border and Dubrovnik are close by. Our advice: take the ferry one way and the bay road the other.
