Tivat Airport (TIV), run by Airports of Montenegro like Podgorica, sits on the edge of Tivat, ten minutes from Kotor. Many seasonal flights land here in summer, so it can be the best gateway if you plan to stay on the coast before visiting the capital. Our advice: compare flights into both airports; the drive between them is about an hour and a half.
