The mausoleum of Petar II Petrović-Njegoš crowns Jezerski Vrh in Lovćen National Park. From the car park, 461 steps lead up through a tunnel to the granite hall designed by Ivan Meštrović, and to a viewing platform with one of the great panoramas of the Balkans. Bring a layer: it is cool up here even in summer.
