City Kvart grew up in the 2000s and 2010s on the west bank, and it has become the place to go out, with restaurants such as Per Sempre and Spago and bars such as The Blind Pig along Radoja Dakića and the streets around it.
By day it is a business district with brunch cafés; by night its terraces fill.
