Porto Montenegro has transformed Tivat’s old naval base into a marina with more than 500 berths, for yachts of up to 250 metres, and a waterfront of cafés, restaurants, boutiques and apartments. Walk the promenade in the evening, visit the Naval Heritage Collection with its submarines, and spend a day at the Yacht Club pool.
